My favorite moment was seeing all of my friends again after a long and fun summer. I really enjoyed reconnecting with them and talking with them. I also liked seeing all of the new people from the different schools since one of them could be my new friend one day. Another moment that was just awesome was seeing my 6th grade language arts teacher Mr. Nunn. Mr. Nunn might arguably be the most awesome teacher I had ever had and it was really nice seeing him again.
The biggest challenge for this school year though is coping with the boredom of some teachers. Some of them are fun though, like they can actually laugh and don't really take everything so seriously. But the boring teachers are only boring because they are kind of detached and look like they just want to go home. But the awesome teachers are awesome because they look like they want to be here and want to teach because they love their jobs! So my biggest challenge is kind of cushioned because of the awesome teachers.
My big mistake last was my talking was a little to much, so I am going to try to not talk in class to succeed. In order to do this I am going to go out of my way to not sit next to the people I can strike up on conversation easier. If I have to sit with them then I will just have to man up and try not to talk to them. So I order to avoid this I am going to try to sit with new people. Who knows? I might make a new friend out of this tactic!
