Lyrical Liveliness

I have a lot of favorite lyrics that I find really catchy but I'd say the lyric that stuck with me the most was "Some nights I stay up cashing in my bad luck. Some nights I call it a draw" by FUN, Some Nights.  That particular lyric stuck with me, one because the whole song was catchy and the fact that it sort of relates to me. I mean we've all been in the situation of when you think you have the worst luck and you think world is against you. But than the "Some nights I call it a draw" part means that you can also have good luck but that doesn't mean that the bad luck is entirely defeated, making the score a draw.

For our music video though we chose something happy, upbeat, catchy and something with a happy underlying theme. We decided to do "When Can I See You Again" by Owl City. We decided to do this because my teammates and I liked it's happy upbeat theme. I personally liked it though because of the underlying theme of seeing someone you really want to see. You then see them you have blast and you walk away having fun with your friends expecting them to have fun again! I like it because to me it reminds me of all the times all my friends have come together and had the best time of our lives and one it over and over again.

Our visual story for this song is basically what the name is, When Can I See You Again? It's going to tell about four of the most stay-together-no-matter-what friends just hanging out and enjoying their lives and their time together. The music video is going to span multiple times of these people hanging out and every time they meet they ask the next time and place for their next meet-up. They keep on doing this until the music ends and they meet together for the last time in the music video and the music video ends with all of them going there separate ways for the time being but of course with the feeling that you will d it over again.
